WW Green Plan

So yesterday I did a thing. I signed up for Weight Watchers… again. This will be my fourth time joining weight watchers and my hope is that yesterday was my last first day.

On October 31, 2018 I gave birth to an amazing little boy we named James. He is the most perfect little man any mom could ask for and being his mom has been the most amazing journey. However, begin pregnant took its toll, I gained 30 pounds and since I was starting at 172 pounds I quickly realized I needed to do something to change. Lucky for me, the first 20 pounds came off rather quickly, but now, here I am, 15 months postpartum and I still have 10 pounds to lose… in addition to the 40 I wanted to lose prior to getting pregnant

It is annoying how those last 10 pounds seem to hang on for dear life. So yesterday I did something about it. I decided to rejoin weight watchers. I have done this many times before but now I mean to stick with it.

Weight Watchers has changed a great deal since the first time I joined and now they have three plans that you can chose from. When you join you first take a quiz which asks you basic questions about your eating habits and lifestyle. I answered the questions honestly and was grouped as a GREEN.

Green gives you some restrictions, while letting you indulge in healthy fruits and vegetables. As someone who needs set guidelines, this seems like the perfect plan for me.

I need a plan that will help me set limits for myself and grow in my knowledge of portion sizes.
